This website: static pages, no tracking

This website is built as a static site and does not include any server-side usage tracking, analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or comparable services), or third-party advertising or tracking scripts. No cookies are set. The site also does not load third-party fonts, scripts, or embeds (such as font CDNs or social-media plugins).

Contacting us by email

The contact link on this website is a plain mailto: link. Clicking it simply opens your own email application with a pre-filled recipient address; the website itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data through this link. There is no contact form on this website.

Only once you actually send an email tokontakt@klinovant.comdo we process the personal data it contains (e.g. name, email address, and the content of your message) in order to respond to your inquiry. Depending on the nature of your inquiry, the legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (taking steps to enter into, or performing, a contract — e.g. for investor or partnership inquiries) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries we receive). Hosting

This website is hosted on Microsoft Azure (Azure Static Web Apps), targeted at the Germany West Central Azure region (with West Europe as a technical fallback), i.e. within the EU. As with any web hosting service, the hosting provider automatically processes technical connection data in the form of server log files when the site is accessed (including IP address, date and time of access, file requested, and browser used). This processing is necessary for the technically error-free and secure delivery of the website; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website).
