Klinovant UG (haftungsbeschränkt) i. G. is currently in the process of formation ("in Gründung" / "i. G." — the German legal form for a company limited by shares in formation). It has not yet been entered in the German commercial register (Handelsregister). A commercial register number, the competent registry court, and a VAT identification number (Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer) therefore do not yet exist and will be added here once the registration has been completed.
